STUFFit Student Film Festival – Rode Wireless Go III Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

 - This giveaway is open to all residents of Australia, of any age.

 Note: While festival entries are restricted to high school students aged 12-18, the giveaway is open to everyone.

 - Exclusions: Current STUFFit management team, staff, volunteers, and their immediate family members (including parents) are ineligible to win.

2. Entry Period:

 - The giveaway opens upon the posting of the official announcement reel and closes strictly at 11:59 PM AEST on March 27th, 2026.

3. How to Enter:

To successfully enter the draw, entrants must complete the following steps on Instagram:

 - Follow the official STUFFit Student Film Festival Instagram account: @stuffitstudentfilmfest

 - Like the pinned giveaway announcement reel (this reel!!).

 - Tag a friend in the comments of the pinned reel. 

 Note: Entries completed on other platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) will not be counted. All entry actions must take place on the official Instagram reel.

4. The Prize:

 - One (1) winner will receive a set of Rode Wireless Go III microphones.

 - The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

 - The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.

 - The winner will be announced publicly on the STUFFit Instagram account on April 2nd, 2026.

 - The winner will also be notified via Direct Message (DM) from the official @stuffitstudentfilmfest account.

 - Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the Direct Message within 48 hours to claim their prize.

 - Shipping: Upon responding, the winner must provide a valid Australian postal address for the prize to be shipped.

 - Forfeiture: If the winner does not respond within the 48-hour window, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will take place to select a new winner.

 - Scam Warning: We will never ask you to click a link to claim your prize or ask for your bank/credit card details.

6. General Conditions & Platform Release:

 - By entering, entrants confirm they release Instagram/Meta of responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
